When we first used Rocksys Ltd we were in quite a bad way. We were using a global managed service company at the time and the invoices were coming in thick and fast but service delivery was just not happening. We had a disparate network because of several acquisitions that had been made over the years and needed to bring all of the organisation together. Rocksys made a plan with us and gradually migrated all of the company entities into one national IT system over the course of a 12 month period.

Whilst this may seem like a small thing it has completely revolutionised the IT within the organisation. Previously we had more IT issues than our internal team could cope with and our managed service provider was not resolving issues at a pace with which allowed the internal teams to function property. We have gone from not coping to a point where we now have minimal support issues. This has allowed our internal teams to develop our systems and keep our staff happy without the firefighting that was happening before.

We have worked with Rocksys for over 6 years and have always found them to be a professional organisation. Their staff are friendly and reliable and never recommend anything that is not needed or going to be of benefit to the company. We have found their proactive monitoring to be extremely helpful and when we recently had a Malware infection caused by an employee they were able to get us up and running very quickly with minimal data loss. We moved across to Rocksys because we were not happy with our current support provider. We felt we did not have control of our support costs which seemed to be running very high. Rocksys proposed a package of support for us and we have not looked back. Since then we have moved from a small premises to a large site and Rocksys have been with us the whole way they have managed all the onerous requirements placed onto us by the NHS trust so that we could integrate with their systems and have ensured that as an organisation we have all the services that we required so we have been able to scale as an organisation. All this whilst remaining to be half of the cost of the provider who we switched on!

We had a fairly simple ICT system but when our employee who was managing the system left the company we decided to look at outsourcing this function. Rocksys have managed our IT ever since. We are a small company with simple IT requirements. Rocksys have upgraded our system twice over their time providing support with us. Each time this has gone completely according to plan. When any problems do crop up which require their attention we have always found the response to be prompt and the issues resolved.
